Indigo Blue

"Indigo Blue emerge as a remarkable ensemble, capturing the essence of musical innovation and audience enchantment. Their performances are nothing short of mesmerizing, offering an auditory journey that transcends the ordinary. With an array of unique instruments, including jazz guitar and Brazilian percussion, complemented by a cello's rich tones, they create a sonic landscape that's both eclectic and deeply moving.

At the forefront is Jeremy, a songwriter of exceptional caliber. His compositions, intricate yet remarkably accessible, weave together diverse global rhythms—from soul and funk to bossa nova and gypsy swing—embellished with sophisticated jazz harmonies. Jeremy's commanding stage presence further elevates the group's performances, making each show a memorable experience.

The trio accompanying Jeremy—Ed Cubitt on Cello, Mark Stitson on Jazz Guitar, and Edgar Deu on Percussion—form a dynamic rhythm section, with Ed doubling on Soprano / Tenor Sax, Violin and Flute, and Mark adding Wooden Flute, Tin Whistle and additional Percussion to arrangements.

Their combined five decades of professional experience span a vast array of genres, including reggae, jazz, blues, samba, bossa, afrobeat, funk, Carnatic music, and world folk. This rich tapestry of influences,  infuses their music with unparalleled depth and variety, ensuring each performance resonates with audiences of all tastes.

Indigo Blue's expertise and artistry make them a valuable addition to any venue seeking to offer its audience an extraordinary musical experience. Their professionalism, coupled with their unique blend of genres, positions them as a must-have act for a diverse range of events. They are not just a band; they are a musical revelation waiting to be experienced."
